Abstract

El siguiente artículo presenta al lector una nueva construcción teórica que ha sido concebida fundamentalmente por dos autores: Geraldo Caravantes y Wesley Bjur, quienes con los amplios conocimientos adquiridos por sus estudios y con la práctica obtenida a través de la consultoría a empresas de diversa índole, despliegan un marco conceptual amplio sobre el cual se puede fundamentar un estudio analítico de las organizaciones tomando en cuenta aspectos administrativos tradicionales y temas de tanta importancia para los gerentes de vanguardia de hoy, como lo son la ética y la ecología. La Readministración, así llamada por sus autores, no solamente presenta a los estudiosos de las organizaciones una construcción teórica rica, amplia y actualizada, sino que también plantea un método para llevar a la praxis los conceptos emitidos, de tal manera que se pueda lograr un perfeccionamiento en la organización estudiada.
