Abstract

The article substantiates the concept of improvement of rational nature management in the area of risk farming in view of current economic circumstances. It has been proved that the transition from sectoral principle of organization of agrarian nature management to the system of integrated nature management with due regard to all the range of risks and threats stipulated by natural-technogenic processes is of primary importance. The necessity to form a full-scale institute of agricultural counselling in the area of risk farming as an essential prerequisite to convey to natural resource users the information on getting the financing under the state support as well as international environmental conventions has been substantiated.
