Priority directions of the institute of property for forest lands development

Abstract

The article substantiates the priority directions of the development of the institute of property on forest lands: ensuring the real equality of all forms of ownership of forest lands, forests, property of forest users; legal separation of property relations for specified objects; Harmonization of the provisions of the Forest and Land Codes regarding the regulation of property relations on forest lands and forests of communal and private property; interest of o wners of agricultural lands (or private individuals) in changing the purpose (purchase) of unproductive and other lands under cultivation; and territorial communities – in the allocation for afforestation or transfer to forest lands of naturally fellowship; development of new forms of temporary use of forest areas and forests. For each priority, measures and expected results of the development of the institution of ownership of forest lands are identified.
