Abstract

As a result of research it was concluded that exporters face a number of problems in the implementation of export operations and the organization of foreign economic activities at an enterprise. The general scheme of export activity organization at an enterprise, which includes four stages: planning, marketing strategy, organizational stage, efficiency of export operations, has been proposed. It will allow enterprises to assess their own capabilities and competitiveness, identify potential customers at international markets, plan the export strategy of the company, namely the channels for promotion and marketing of products, the terms of delivery, to make a package of legal, accounting and permit documents for export products. The components and procedures for each stage have been developed. Their implementation will help to address the issues of exporters and plan the export strategy of an enterprise to enter the world markets.
