State investment policy: goals and objectives under the conditions of formation of an innovative economy

Abstract

The article examines the current state of the economic system development under the influence of globalization. Main attention is drawn to the fact that the formation of an innovative economy consists not only in technological terms, but in value-institutional and knowledge one. A special role within these process is played by investments and public investment policy. The aims and objectives of the state investment policy under the conditions of formation of an innovative economy have been revealed, the system of task orders of the state investment policy has been elaborated, the priority clusters for these investment projects implementation have been suggested.
