Theoretical aspects and optimization mechanisms of town land-utilization system and regulation of their territories for town-planning needs

Abstract

The article describes the results of the researches dedicated to the formation of an integrated package of urban planning and land use planning documentation for the planning of populated areas, their town land-utilization systems and land development. It deals with the methodological principles and methodical provisions relating the content, the structure and the procedures for development of plans for town land-utilization and land development projects for urban planning needs. It forms the rationale for the position to reject the development of projects for allotment of land plots within boundaries of populated areas, for which land use planning projects for areas development for urban planning have been drafted.
