Pattern of labour force use in the industry by types of ownership and the ways of its improvement

Abstract

In article the role of development of business in employment of able-bodied population has been considered, the current state and tendencies of change of structure of the operating industrial enterprises in Azerbaijan and the labour occupied in them by types of ownership have been analysed, and the corresponding conclusions have been provided. In article the proposals and recommendations promoting improvement of pattern of labour at the industrial enterprises of Azerbaijan by types of ownership have also been offered.
