Status and prospects of development of business activity in the oil industry of Azerbaijan

Abstract

On the basis of long-term statistics, reporting, and accounting data to analyse and evaluate the current state of the organization of business activities of the oil industry of Azerbaijan, identified reserves and proposed a number of specific recommendations for their management. With a particular focus on the improvement of innovation in business processes; conduct continuous market research on the world market; the implementation of a combined distribution channel; implementation of international standards at the refinery; implementation of the strategic decisions in the organization of commercial business; rational use of the design capacity of export pipelines; expansion of SOCAR petrol stations network in foreign countries.
