Effective financing of state targeted ecological programs

Abstract

The article is devoted to search of mechanism of effective financing of state targeted ecological programs under limited opportunities of Ukrainian budget. The main features of model of effective implementation of state targeted ecological programs are determined. The quantitative relation between financing level of state targeted ecological programs and level of its implementation is revealed through observation and grouping methods. The level of effective financing of ecological programs is estimated and grounded with analogy method.
