Abstract

The aim of the research is to give a generalized and balanced overview of substantial interrelationships of recreation process on the level of an enterprise considering motivation on all stages of a reproductive process. The use of a systemic approach being analysed enables to segregate sub-systems of an enterprise – a subsystem of efficiency, a structural and organizational subsystem and a manufacturing and technological subsystem. The types of motivation and key ways of their implementation within specified subsystems of an enterprise were identified. The use of a structural and functional analysis for a design of a model and structure of a motivational mechanism and ways of its realization is proposed. The definition and evaluation of motivation level gives an opportunity to satisfy the needs of all participants of the reproductive process and amplify its efficiency. The research novelty of the paper is defining a role of motivation in the reproductive process of an enterprise.
