Regulators of "innovation elevator" of the Ukrainian economy under the influence of institutional and structural changes

Abstract

The economic categories, such as "innovative elevator", "financial and economic regulator", "political and legal regulator", "institutional regulator" and "organizational and technological regulator" are investigated in the article. The basic possible processes of institutionalization of innovative economy are disclosed and expediency of institutionalization in the formation of high innovative and investment level of Ukraine in the paradigm of global development is substantiated. The measures and ways of institutionalization of innovative economy in the context of economic modernization are offered.
