Enterprises of the public sector on the corporate bond market of Ukraine

Abstract

In the article the place and role of public sector enterprises on the corporate bond market of Ukraine are defined. The main problems that prevent enterprises of the public sector from using corporate bonds as a financial instrument of attracting investments to the stock market. The recommendations that will help to intensify emission activity of state-owned enterprises in the corporate bond market of Ukraine, which generally will lead to a positive effect on the national economy, are elaborated.
