Public-private partnership agreements in forest economy: diversification and choice of modern forms

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of institutionalization of various forms of public-private partnership in state, private and municipal sectors of forest economy. The basic tendencies of forest restoration by means of planting, sowing and natural renovation for the period of 2001-2013 are analysed. The dynamics of logging products volumes in actual prices and its part in aggregate amount of output, works and services of forest economy is analysed. The differentiated approach to choosing the form of public-private partnership for certain sectors of forest activities is suggested.
