Abstract

In the article it is systematized the methods to conduct business and competitiveness of transnational corporations as key factors to modern global economy and prototypes of modern corporations. The results of this research as formulated principles of TNCs' identification, defined and described mechanisms of their establishment, functioning and development at dynamic and non-isotropic global market a) will assist corporation's management having an aim to implement the strategies of internationalization and globalization and other (non-transnational) enterprises working under conditions of TNCs' expansion in national markets to form an effective and active strategies of competitiveness and development, and to take reasonable managerial decisions within their context; b) will serve for appropriate (national as well as international and global) regulatory institutions to develop proper (socially useful) and governed policy as to the process, directions, scales and consequences of TNCs' expansive integration in accordance with their strategies both in national and global economy systems.
