Financial and economic regulation of water management at a regional level: priorities of fiscal potential increase

Abstract

The article deals with the topical problem of establishment of a modern system of financial and economic regulation of water management at a regional level in the light of increase of investment potential of modernization, reconstruction and technical upgrade of water economy and water protection facilities. The main trends of financing capital investment for return water treating and for soil, subsoil and surface water protection and remediation in Volyn' region have been analyzed. The promising directions of fundraising for investment provision to ensure modernization of water economy and water protection facilities based on improvement of the system of fiscal regulation of water management have been substantiated.
