Financial aspects of agrarian entrepreneurship formation in the drainage reclamations area

Abstract

The article deals with the pressing problems of using agricultural lands in reclamation areas. The usage and restoration of interfarm networks of hydrotechnical constructions as an imperative infrastructural component to ensure highly efficient agricultural production in drainage reclamation areas are analyzed. The retrospective analysis of the dynamics of drainage reclamation lands' area used by agricultural enterprises is provided. The expediency to implement public-private partnership agreements as an effective form of financial support for restoration of reclamation systems, expanding the area of agroforestryimproving works and ensuring regulated renaturalization of reclaimed agricultural lands, is grounded. The mechanism of financial support for the processes of agroforestryimproving works and afforestation of low-yield lands based on implementation of best European practices is suggested.
