Ways and Methods of Consolidation of Agricultural Lands

Abstract

Low-technological and manual labour at the farms, finance and credit challenges and limited selling markets will never make farms of owners of land plots competitive ones, and land divided into plots will cost less than lands united into farms of economically substantiated sizes. The aim of consolidation of agricultural lands is the optimization of size and locating of land plots, creating favourable conditions for subjects of economic entity which is realized with the purpose of organization of rational and the most efficient land using in the interests of owner or land tenant and society as a whole. In the article the scientific approach of defining ways and methods of consolidation of agricultural lands is improved.
