Abstract

The promising directions of recreational enterprises development based on rental and concession as to using of territories' recreational potential as well as establishment of cluster formations It is proved that concessional and rental form of activity organization of recreational enterprises will allow improving of investment relations between governmental bodies, self-governing authorities and households on the one part and concessionaireinvestor on the other. It is determined that spreading of concession agreements in recreational entrepreneurship sector in drainage amelioration areas will allow at least partial overcoming of deficit of foreign investments and advanced experience attraction to these areas' economy. Moreover, applying of concessional agreements to corporative and municipal sectors as well as household sector will promote legalization of a set of business activities being shady nowadays.
