Ways To Improve The Of The Securities Market In Ukraine Into Global Financial And Investment Processes

Abstract

In the article it is considered the global financial and investment processes and their impact on the stock market. The author has identified key trends, challenges and opportunities in the global financial and investment environment and the global stock markets. He also offers a reform of the Ukrainian stock market to transform it into a modern multifunctional stock exchange centre with corresponding updated software infrastructure that is focused on leading world standards and rules of operation. The special role of the National Bank of Ukraine as a leading regulator of financial flows in reforming the domestic financial market is defined.
