Modern Transformation Of Ukrainian Partnership With International Financial Organizations

Abstract

The paper deals with the analysis of partnership productivity of Ukraine with the leading international financial organizations such as World Bank and IMF. Their influence on the acceleration of mankind development through the financial mechanism of adopted programs and schedules in the world as well as according to thematic directions is investigated. The main reasons of low level of utilization of funds rendered to Ukraine by international financial organizations are analysed and the major trends in determination of correlation of state budget deficiency, state debt and payment for its service and cancellation are revealed. The generalization of existing mechanisms of IMF project financing through credit transactions and extended credit system, special regime of accelerated financing and through trust fund for country-members with low level of incomes is made.
