Abstract

The process of development and government financial support of private farms is wrong as it causes non-using of agricultural technologies of XIX century; sharp decreasing of efficient usage of land resources and as a consequence it leads to reducing of total land price, is proved in the article. Hand labour as the basis of private farming existence in agricultural production, the general lack of scientific and technological support, indetermination of financial and credit security and limited target markets will never make these private farms competitive ones. The land used by these farms will never be valuable. It is proved that the efficiency of modern agriculture and land resources liquidity as the inalienable unit of production depending mainly upon the value of power supplies used directly or indirectly on related manufacturing. The problem of what influence the volume of shale gas deposits has on the land resources value and how it increases their value in hundreds times is examined. Nowadays Ukrainian land resource is the only possible material resource that if being properly used can be a reason for provision of competitive economy. This fact should be taken into consideration in the development of almost all investment programs. All these facts are proved in the article.
