The State Order In Ukraine And Directions Of Formation Of Contract System Of Its Realisation For Development

Abstract

The reasons of loss of stimulating function of the state order in Ukraine are opened. Autonomy of systems of the state order and the state purchases under the relation to each other is revealed. The potential of the state order for stimulation of a domestic production under condition of integration into it of the state purchases and creation of a uniform work cycle of satisfaction of public requirements is shown. Formation directions in Ukraine the state contract system as economic mechanism of realisation of the state order on the basis of the named cycle are proved.
