Environnemental Management Culture As A Concept And Its Formation Principles

Abstract

The author presents the conceptual bases of environmental management culture basing on the concept of a system in the article. The research considers environmental management culture as a system, i.e. a set of interacting elements that form an integrated whole. The paper also investigates the elements that form the content of environmental management culture, determines the components, implementation fields, and key issues which can be addressed with its use. While comparing the views of different theorists, the author distinguishes the most important functions and principles.
