The analysis of feasibility of implementation of modern cost controlling instruments at milk processing enterprises

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of adapting modern cost controlling instruments for milk processing enterprises. The technique of selection cost controlling instruments based on point scale is suggested. It allows to compare the whole set of cost controlling instruments by some criteria to determine the most suitable for implementation.
