Assessment of system effects functioning of the economic systems based on natural-resource complexes on the development of national economy

Abstract

The article contains theoretical and methodological substantiation of evaluation system effects functioning of the economic systems on the development of economy and statistical verification possibility of using the Cobb-Douglas function as a tool for acceptance of administrative decisions on natural resources using at the macro level. It is established that evaluation system effects functioning of the economic systems based on natural-resource complexes on economic development – is not just the amount of resulting indicators, it is a nonlinear function depending the aggregate indicators consistent and interconnected picture the most important economic processes and phenomena. Multifactor analysis of these functions for regions of Ukraine showed that during the 2000 and 2005–2010 economic development took place extensively, and therefore there is a need for justification ecological and economic methods of management of the economic system based on natural resource complexes.
