Abstract

The necessity to form a modern system of economic water fund lands regulation under the deepening of institutional transformations in water industry is grounded in the article. The territorial heterogeneity of a part of water fund lands within the total area of lands and parts of natural water courses (rivers and streams) within the total area of water fund lands are analysed. The promising directions to form a modern system of economic water fund lands regulation based on establishment of public-private partnership institutions are offered.
