Abstract

The problem of investment attractiveness as a factor in the development of complex socio-economic and ecological systems in terms of modern science of the post neoclassical paradigm in the context of the theory of attractor is investigated and the essence of investment attractiveness using synergetic methodology and evolution of open nonlinear systems is revealed. It is offered a generalized model of system investment attractiveness as a category in the system theory of investment management. Recent issues of investment attractiveness applied for development and operation of environmental infrastructure should be defined in the context of the neoclassical "attraction" according to modern interdisciplinary theories, synergetic theory. The model system image recognition factor-invest-attractor is developed for ecological infrastructure (IAEI). Promising direction of scientific research in the theory of investment management should consider the development of invest-attractor as a category of complex socio-economic and ecological systems.
