The paper defines the features of domestic businesses functioning, the need in a strategic anti-crisis management at the enterprise has been proved as a governance model, which provides further development of the company, the notion of the crisis and its causes have been analysed. The stages of anti-crisis management have been substantiated and strategic recommendations for the development of anti-crisis strategy for the company have been given.
