Budget financing of innovation activity in higher agricultural education

Abstract

In the article the current position of governmental budget funding of higher agricultural educational institutions is researched. The necessity of innovation activity in higher agricultural education is grounded. The perspective directions of innovative systems and technologies in account with resource-saving component are defined. The usage of alternative sources of innovation financing of higher agricultural education through participation in the Tempus program is proposed. The basic direction of ecological nature of higher agricultural education as a precondition for humanist bringing up of professional specialist with the high level of ecological culture is marked out. The reasonability of organic agricultural production in higher agricultural education is proved. The importance of innovative activity in training of highly - skilled specialists in agrarian Universities is demonstrated.
