Cluster Unions: International Experience And Ukrainian Realia

Abstract

The study highlights experiences of formation of cluster structures in developed countries and in developing countries. On their example, we shown preference of formation and operation of industrial systems such as cluster model of a modern competitive economy of Ukraine in general and specific regions and enterprises. Use of cluster approach in the country is essential basis for the revival of regional innovation performance, a high level and competitiveness of the economy. It is determined that, despite all the problems and difficulties faced by Ukraine in recent years, the clustering process was quite dynamic, which allows predicting its further successful development.
