Strategical Development Of Food Enterprises Of Kyiv Region In Conditions Of External Environment’s Uncertainty

Abstract

In the article it is identified a close relationship between strategic management and implementation of risk strategies chosen by company. The four types of strategies depending on the level of uncertainty are allocated. The trends in the strategic development of food enterprises in Kiev region are analyzed.
