Providing Food Processing Production With Resources
The essence and peculiarities of resource providing of food processing production in market conditions are analyzed, its pros and cons are revealed, it systematized the schemes of necessary resources’ income into an enterprise depending on its life cycle. A particular attention is paid to organization of providing with material resources taking into account a seasonal prevalence of agrarian stuff. The suggestions concerning improvement of existing schemes and models of food AIC enterprises’ resource providing are worked out.
