Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to analyze the determining variables (education, GRDP and UMK) of Regency/City Poverty in YogyakartaMethods – This research uses panel data analysis techniques, which combine a combination of time series data with cross section data.Findings – The results of the research prove that GDP and GRDP have a negative effect on poverty in D.I. Yogyakarta, while MSEs have no effect on poverty dynamics in YogyakartaImplication – The policy implications of this research are that the government needs to make efforts to increase economic growth, education levels, and increase employment opportunities in Yogyakarta so that the poverty level decreases.Originality – This research contributes to analyzing the determinants of analyzing the determining variables of Regency/City Poverty in D.I. Yogyakarta using panel data analysis. AbstrakTujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel penentu (pendidikan, PDRB dan UMK) terhadap Kemiskinan Kabupaten/Kota di D.I. Yogyakarta Metode – Penelitian pada kali ini menggunakan teknik analisis data panel, dimana menggabungkan kombinasi antara data time series dengan data cross section.Temuan – Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dan PDRB berpengaruh negatif terhadap kemiskinan di D.I. Yogyakarta, sementara UMK tidak berpengaruh terhadap dinamika kemiskinan di D.I. YogyakartaImplikasi – Implikasi kebijakan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah perlu melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan, serta memperbanyak kesempatan kerja di Yogyakarta agar tingkat kemiskinan menurun.Orisinalitas – Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menganalisis determinan menganalisis variabel-variabel penentu terhadap Kemiskinan Kabupaten/Kota di D.I. Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan analisis data panel.
