Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam makalah ini adalah bahwa struktur perekonomian itu tidak pasti (uncertain). Dalam situasi yang demikian, kebijaksanaan yang optimal tidak dapat terlaksana. Pandangan yang berbeda tentang struktur perekonomian akan menghasilkan kebijaksanaan yang berbeda pula.
