Abstract

Perubahan-perubahan besar dalam konstelasi politik internasional secara cepat dan drastis, terutama sejak berakhirnya Perang Dingin dan menyusul kemudian ambruknya Uni Soviet, telah menyebabkan isu keamaan global cenderung menyurut pada level yang paling rendah. Namun demikian sejalan dengan menyurutnya isu keamaan, isu ekonomi mulai berkembang dan nampaknya akan menggeser isu keamanan.
