La segmentación del mercado laboral reconsiderada: el caso de los asalariados. Gran Santiago 1978

Abstract

Este trabajo consiste en un análisis econométrico de la segmentación del mercado del trabajo para obreros y empleados. La segmentación se estudia a través de la comparación de funciones de ingreso por sectores productivos (industria, construcción y servicios). Se concluye que no hay evidencia de segmentación en dicho mercado.
