Análisis de una empresa chilena de participación: COTRABUS

Abstract

Este trabajo es parte de un seminario realizado en el segundo semestre de 1972, sobre las experiencias de diversas empresas chilenas de participación, con el objetivo de confrontar con la realidad los estudios hechos en un curso anterior a nivel teórico sobre el sistema de autogestión. Como en la economía chilena no existen empresas de autogestión propiamente tales, el seminario se hizo sobre la base de las empresas de participación existentes, especialmente cooperativas de producción. Este trabajo desarrolla, por lo tanto, varios puntos que surgieron de ideas que en ese seminario se discutieron. Se hace necesario aquí establecer las principales diferencias entre una cooperativa de producción y una empresa autogestionada.
