Abstract

El presente trabajo detalla los diferentes elementos que constituyen un presupuesto, los requerimientos estrictamente necesarios para su elaboración, las diferentes ventajas y desventajas que puede proporcionar a una empresa y las diversas variables que deben considerarse durante su creación. Además, se reflexiona sobre su implementación en las diferentes etapas del proceso administrativo, específicamente las relacionadas con la planeación y el control. Por último, se busca proporcionar al lector las herramientas teóricas básicas, para desarrollar un criterio propio sobre la importancia y los beneficios que un presupuesto puede ofrecer en la incubación de sus proyectos y el ejercicio de sus negocios.
