Abstract

Las capacidades culturales son el vehículo en el cual se deben compartir tanto en el desarrollo de las actividades en los centros de trabajo como un sistema de conductas producto de la múltiple cultura de los miembros de la organización. Todo ello para consolidar una cultura sobre la percepción hacia la empresa competitiva en el ámbito de clase mundial. En un contexto global, las organizaciones empresariales viven un ambiente altamente competido y sólo con atributos necesarios de mejora continua permanente en las cadenas productivas y de servicios serán las de mayor éxito. El ambiente de la competencia requiere de la utilización completa, intensiva y extensiva de las capacidades culturales de los recursos humanos y de estrategias competitivas que generen respuestas oportunas y efectivas.
