Los Sistemas Informáticos De Gestión Hotelera Y Los Beneficios De Su Implementación

Abstract

La investigación verifica si la aplicación de Sistemas Informáticos de Gestión Hoteleros trae como consecuencia beneficios en los hoteles, se realizó en el entorno concreto de los hoteles de la zona conurbada Veracruz – Boca del Río. Los resultados sugieren que la aplicación de los SIGH ha favorecido, con la generación de información suficiente y oportuna, el proceso de toma de decisiones en este sector.
