Factores De La Teoría Motivacional De Auto Determinación De Deci Y Ryan Presentes En La Residencia Naval De Veracruz

Abstract

El estudio aborda el constructo propuesto por Deci y Ryan (1985) sobre la autodeterminación, como elemento clave en la motivación del empleado. Los resultados muestran una presencia significativa en la dimensión Esfuerzo-Recompensa (83.92%), Autonomía en el Desempeño de las Tareas (84.81%), Reconocimiento por Parte de Otros (85.43%), Calidad de la Relación con los Compañeros de Trabajo (86.59%). Con los resultados y en base a la evidencia en que se fundamenta este estudio, cada una de estas dimensiones se encuentran íntimamente relacionadas, respondiendo de esta forma a la perspectiva taxonómica de continuidad causal, reflejando los resultados en todas las dimensiones un porcentaje de aceptación por arriba del 80% que indica una presencia favorable de los factores de la teoría de Deci y Ryan en la Residencia Naval de Veracruz.
