Enfoque de Costo de Transacción para evaluar la estructura de gobernación de PEMEX

Abstract

El estudio tiene como objetivo realizar una evaluación cualitativa de la estructura de gobernación de Petróleos Mexicanos. En particular valora la conveniencia de que se sigan desincorporando actividades productivas que actualmente realiza la empresa. Basado en un enfoque asociado a la Economía de los Costos de Transacciones, se llega a la conclusión de que a la empresa le conviene mantener una estructura de gobernación unificada y no desincorporar más actividades de la cadena productiva en la que participa actualmente, lo cual es además congruente con las tendencias internacionales.
