LA PROBLEMATICA DE LA GESTION UNIVERSITARIA.Los retos y la incapacidad para resolverlos

Abstract

Los argumentos que dan soporte a este trabajo, son producto de una reflexión sobre el estado de la gestión universitaria en México. En una primera parte se diserta sobre el riesgo de que la institución universitaria hoy más que nunca antes, pierda su relevancia como institución referente de la sociedad, si mantiene la postura de resistirse a los cambios. En una segunda parte, se exhiben diversos argumentos de distintos autores, que dan fe de la seriedad con que la universidad en México debe asumir las reformas, y la conveniencia para ello de la adopción de las ciencias administrativas en su gestión. Dejando de lado usos y costumbres que por años se han constituido en obstáculos a todo lo que implique modificación a un sistema conocido y controlado.
