Abstract

El propósito del estudio fue analizar cuáles son las principales ventajas que proporciona el servicio de convergencia digital en los hoteles de la zona conurbada de Veracruz-Boca del Río. Para ello, se aplicaron 30 encuestas en hoteles que cuentan con un sistema de convergencia digital como sistema de comunicación y entretenimiento dentro de la zona conurbada Veracruz Boca del Río. El informante fue la persona de mayor jerarquía y que además se relacionara con la tecnología utilizada en el hotel. Para probar las hipótesis, se establece una prueba de la aseveración que p>0.5, por lo que la hipótesis son de la forma. Ho: p=0.5 Ha: p>0.5 además rechazar Ho sí: Z calculada > Z crítica, caso contrario no rechazar. Los resultados permitieron comprobar que el costo y los atributos de innovación en el servicio, constituyen las principales ventajas de contar con el servicio de convergencia digital, en opinión de los responsables de las TI en los hoteles estudiados.
