Investigation and Explanation of Effective Factors in the Improvement and Development of Electronic Human Resource Management (Case Study: Parsian Bank Staff and Managers)

Abstract

Today, the influence of information technology in human resources processes and systems creates a new approach as the management of electronic human resources. On the other hand, organizations should provide the conditions for the creativity of the staff and managers who are fertilized, and they can easily, continuously, individually or collectively implement their innovative activities. In this regard, the role of electronic human resource management plays a central role. This research has explored and clarified the factors and factors that have had an impact on the improvement and development of human resource management. The research methodology of this study is in the field of applied research. The data collection is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees and managers of Parsian Bank. Due to the wide range of statistical population, 370 people were selected based on the Cochran sampling formula and simple random sampling. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and experts in the field of banking. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.83 based on the alpha coefficient coefficient Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (net percentage and frequency) and inferential test of multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance for explaining the development of human resources management by SPS 1 software. The results of data analysis showed that among the four factors of the study, organizational factors of information technology and human resources communication have a significant effect on the development of electronic HR management. Also, the components of each of the four factors studied separately were entered into the model. The result of the test indicated that among the components of the organizational factor, the components of size and organizational culture, the components of the environmental factor, socio-cultural components and the private sector, Among the components of the strategic factor, the component of strategy development and, finally, the components of the technological factor, the quality of the system have a significant effect on the development of human resources electronic management.
