Abstract

According to increase usages of teleworking, the necessity of a deep revise in decision making mechanisms of this subject should be mentioned. This work provides key indexes defines for selecting teleworking job candidates. The extracted indexes have been weighted using experts' opinion and in the last phase a software is developed based on data extracted.
