Organizational Diagnosis of Commercialization in Sheikh Bahaei Science & Technology Park

Abstract

This article intends to assess organizational factors that affected in commercialization by use of Weisbord‘s Organizational Diagnosis Model in the Sheikh Bahaei Science and Technology Park. Model’s factors include: goals, leadership, compensation, mechanisms of coordination, communication and organizational structure were assessed by a survey in groups of the managers of the park, the commercialization experts in the park and the director or executive chief of companies established in the park. The result indicates the highest scores in goals and leadership factors, compared with other factors of the model. The results also denote the lowest score in the mechanisms of coordination and communication for the studied park.
