Exportation De Ressources Naturelles Et Évolution Industrielle : Une Modélisation Dynamique Par La Théorie Du Contrôle Optimal

Abstract

Cet article analyse les effets d’une variation des exportations de pétrole sur la structure productive d’un pays exportateur dans la lignée des théories du syndrome hollandais. Le modèle dynamique considéré montre que l’évolution de l’économie dépend en grande partie des conditions initiales et du mouvement des ressources de main d’œuvre. Les distorsions sectorielles de la structure productive peuvent aboutir ou non à un processus de désindustrialisation de l’économie.
