Abstract

The main objective of the labor market is to ensure the well-being of the people and the society, thereby ensuring that the future of the person is protected by social security and safeguarding the future. However, nowadays economic growth has increased with wealth, exclusion, otheriziation, poverty and insecurity . In other words, economic activity is far from providing prosperity to large segments of the world's population. The article was written specifically to tell us that the search for prosperity within the social security walks through an unequal line. It is the main idea of the article that the social security practices which are included in a sexist attitude should be brought to the real need segments by putting it into an egalitarian structure from scratch.
