Abstract

From the above legislative statements in connection with transportation costs of employees to and from work, the following uncertainties have to be mentioned: (1) We have different approaches regarding terms close in meaning, such as the counter value of transport to and from work; the counter value of travel expenses for travel between the locality where employees have their residence and their workplace; subscriptions for public transport. (2) We have different approaches when seeking the tax laws properly covering this kind of expenditure.
